ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
What are the age requirements for auditions?
For our trainee program, we accept auditions from aspiring artists aged 14-25 years old. This age range allows us to work with both developing young talents and more experienced performers who are ready to take their careers to the next level. Outside of the trainee program, anyone is welcome to audition regardless of their age.
Do you accept international applications?
Yes! We welcome auditions from aspiring artists worldwide. PMG has offices in Manila, Seoul, LA, Tokyo, Dubai, and Paris, allowing us to support talent development globally.
What performance categories do you accept?
We accept auditions for singing, dancing, rapping, modeling, and multi-talented performers. We’re looking for versatile artists who can adapt to the dynamic music industry.
Do I need previous professional experience?
No professional experience is required! We’re looking for raw talent, passion, and dedication. Many of our successful artists started with no formal training and developed their skills through our programs.
APPLICATION PROCESS
How long should my audition video be?
Your audition video should be 1-2 minutes long. This gives you enough time to showcase your talent while keeping our reviewers engaged. Focus on quality over quantity – make every second count!
What file formats do you accept?
For videos: MP4, MOV, and AVI formats. For photos: JPG and PNG formats. Video files should be under 100MB, and photo files should be under 10MB each.
How many photos should I submit?
Please submit 2-3 high-quality photos including a clear headshot and a full-body shot. You may also include an action shot showcasing your talent. Ensure good lighting and avoid heavy filters.
Can I submit multiple auditions?
We recommend submitting one comprehensive audition that showcases all your talents. If you’ve significantly improved your skills, you may reapply after 6 months from your last submission.
REVIEW PROCESS & TIMELINE
How long does the review process take?
Our initial review process takes 2-4 weeks. Due to the high volume of applications we receive (300+ weekly), we ask for your patience. All applications are carefully reviewed by our professional talent scouts.
Will I receive feedback on my audition?
While we cannot provide detailed feedback to every applicant due to volume, successful candidates will be contacted for next steps. We encourage all applicants to continue developing their skills regardless of the outcome.
What happens if I'm selected?
Selected candidates will be contacted via email or phone for additional interviews, skill assessments, and potentially in-person auditions. The next steps vary depending on your location and the opportunities available.
Do you offer group auditions?
Yes! We accept both solo artists and pre-formed groups. If you’re auditioning as a group, each member should submit their individual application, and please mention your group affiliation in your introduction.
COSTS & CONTRACTS
Is there any fee to audition?
No! Our audition process is completely free. Be wary of any requests for payment – legitimate talent agencies or record companies never charge audition fees. If someone asks for money claiming to represent PMG, please report it to us immediately.
What kind of contract do you offer?
Contract terms vary based on the artist’s experience, potential, and the specific opportunities available. All contracts are discussed transparently with selected candidates and their legal representatives.
Do you provide training?
Yes! PMG offers comprehensive training programs including vocal coaching, dance training, language lessons, and performance skills development. Training is provided at our various global locations.
Can I have a lawyer review the contract?
Absolutely! We encourage all potential artists (and their parents/guardians if under 18) to have any contracts reviewed by qualified legal counsel before signing.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
I'm having trouble uploading my files. What should I do?
First, check that your files meet our size and format requirements. Try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache. If problems persist, contact us at demos@popolomusic.asia with details about the error you’re experiencing.
Can I edit my application after submitting?
Unfortunately, applications cannot be edited once submitted. Please review all information carefully before submitting. If you need to make significant changes, you may submit a new application.
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t see it after 24 hours, contact us at demos@popolomusic.asia with your full name and submission date, and we’ll verify your application was received.
What if my internet connection is slow?
Large video files may take time to upload on slower connections. We recommend uploading during off-peak hours and ensuring a stable connection. The upload will resume if temporarily interrupted.
